Hey there, future badass social worker!
Supervision isn’t just a box to check — it’s a relationship, a process, and a big-ass commitment to yourself and your clients.
Finding a supervisor who clicks with you is a big deal. A good fit means you’ll feel comfortable being vulnerable: supervision will require us to look at the parts of the work that are hard while also celebrating the successes.
Here’s my deal: I’m here to walk with you, cheer you on when you’re crushing it, and help you pivot when sh*t goes sideways. I’m your sounding board for tough calls, messy feelings, and those “What the hell do I do now?” moments. Together, we’ll laugh, cry, tackle ethical dilemmas, and maybe even grow a little uncomfortable (because that’s where the magic happens).
Think we could be a fit? Check out your board’s supervision requirements first (don’t skip this step—seriously). Once you’re ready, hit up my Supervision Inquiry form, and let’s get this thing rolling!

What’s Shaped Me as a Therapist
Supporting parents through the highs and lows of perinatal mental health, trauma, and loss
Doula work—both birth and postpartum—because showing up for families during these life-changing moments is my jam
Helping survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault find safety and healing
Working with families navigating adoption and surrogacy
Responding to crises on the ground as part of a mobile crisis team
Counseling teens and teaching violence prevention because the next generation deserves better
Working internationally to tackle big-picture social issues
All of these experiences have fueled my passion for showing up, staying curious, and creating meaningful change for my clients, supervisees, and the communities I serve. We might be a good fit if you read this list of experiences and find yourself thinking “I want to know more about that” or “that sounds cool to do!” If, on the other hand, you aren’t interested in any of these areas, we might not have enough in common to do well as a supervision team together.
I’m passionate about social work and grounded in its core values, including the tough, messy work of dismantling oppressive systems—even the ones baked into our profession. If you’re looking for a supervisor who’s real, values-driven, and committed to helping you grow, we might just click
I’ve been a Board Approved Supervisor since 2021 and have trained with some greats like Tammy Linseisen at UT Austin and Carly Basset, who taught me all about starting an ethical supervision practice. I stay on top of my game with continuing education and seek my own consultation because I truly believe learning is a lifelong process. I enjoy working with supervisees who are interested in understanding themselves better. If you like to reflect on your own experience, understand your growth edges, and are comfortable being vulnerable about what you are currently working on to grow, we will be a great fit!
Life keeps me busy—in the best way. Over my first decade as a social worker, I’ve worn a lot of hats and learned the importance of balance. As a mom and a social worker, I prioritize self-care (yes, it’s a buzzword, but it’s real) so I can show up for my family, clients, and supervisees. I’m all about modeling what I preach: taking breaks, setting boundaries, and making time for yourself. That means I will show up for you and be on hand to help with crises as needed; but also that there will be times when you might have to wait to hear from me, or that someone will cover for me while I’m on vacation.
Learning and Rest as Core Values

Details, Letters and Training
I kicked things off with a Bachelor’s in Human Services from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) and followed that up with my MSW in Clinical Social Work from UT Austin (Hook ’em!). Along the way, I became a Board Approved Social Work Supervisor and a proud Field Affiliate for the University of Texas at Austin.
I’ve racked up some certifications I’m pretty proud of:
I’m a certified doula, trained in treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International
I have advanced EMDR training, including using it for perinatal mental health and attachment trauma
I’m certified in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method
I love using creativity to create change. You will find me incorporating sandtray therapy, expressive arts, and even tarot to help clients and supervisees connect with their intuition and create meaning when words feel hard.
Outside of direct client work, I co-own Trauma Talk, LLC, a company that helps medical professionals incorporate trauma-informed care into their practices.

Supervision is $300/month.
That covers: my time, my expertise, licensure support, professional growth guidance, and some solid training to help you crush it.
This fee locks in your spot on my supervision calendar, which includes four hours of supervision each month. Life happens, so you also get up to four make-up sessions during the supervision period. If you need more than that, extra sessions are $75/hour.
